Monique Lhuillier accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and security ribbons remain attached. Please note that bridal gowns, evening wear, and custom orders are subject to specific conditions outlined during the checkout process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure the garments are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, removing any previous labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
